Since its implementation in January 2023, the Profile tool has transformed the job search experience in Puerto Rico. More than 57,886 people have created accounts and 32,687 resumes have been uploaded, strengthening a more transparent, accessible, and dynamic job ecosystem.

49% of users have completed their profiles, allowing employers to access more accurate and relevant information. This has led to 46% of hiring companies viewing talent profiles and 17% establishing direct contact via email.
